Luigi Bolaños was born in Ecuador in November 1998 in a family of musicians. He is a professional drummer considered versatile in the music industry. He began studying piano and drums at the age of 5. At the age of 15 and 16, he participated in the International Music Camp and the Five Week Summer Camp at Berklee College of Music. He studied a bachelor’s degree in Contemporary Music as well as a minor in Education at San Francisco University of Quito (Berklee Global Partner). Luigi has had the opportunity to play, record and share stage with great artists from Ecuador and from all over the world. Nowadays, he works as drum, ensemble, and ear training teacher at San Francisco University of Quito (Berklee Global Partner), at MusicLab Berklee City Music Global Network (Quito, Ecuador) as drum couch, and independently through private lessons, clinics, and masterclasses. Finally, he is a session/performer musician for various artists of the media.
