Jonas is a young drummer born and raised in Kristiansand, Norway. His passion for drumming started at the age of 12 and he has been striving for excellence ever since. He is currently taking a bachelor’s in music at the University of Agder and there he gets to work with talented teachers and musicians every day.
He started traveling the country, playing drums at the age of 18 and has been playing at several churches, conferences, concerts and festivals such as Seaside Festival (sgmm), Encounter Festival and Oase. During this time he has also recorded several albums. Jonas lived in the United States for two years and was a part of Bethel Church while he attended Bethel Ministry School and played drums in school, at church and did a couple of recordings in this environment.
He has been working with artists and groups such as; Bethel Ministry School, Filadelfia Worship, David André Østby, Anders Skarpsno and ACTA worship. He can be heard on recordings with several of them.
