Hallgrímur Jón (Grímsi) Hallgrímsson is a Icelandic musician, best known as the drummer in the post metal/ rock band Sólstafir. 

He’s been touring around the world,Europe,Japan,South America,Australia and USA.
Sólstafir are currently in the studio recording their 8th album and will do follow up in touring 2024. 

When off touring, Hallgrimur is teaching drumming and working on other projects both musical and non, such as forestry. He knows good timber thats why he chooses Wincent drumsticks.
